Custard Lava Mooncakes Series

The lava center will solidify when cooled.
Microwave for 10-15 seconds to restore lava texture. If you don't mind the solidified center, they taste great chilled as well!
Store in refrigerate for 10 days, freeze for 30 days.

Custard Mochi Mooncakes:

Microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften mochi.
Store in refrigerate for 10 days, freeze for 30 days.
Note: For frozen mooncakes, either defrost and microwave for 10-15 seconds, or bake at 340°F for 6 minutes.
